User may not advertise another agent's listing.
Agent is the authorized listing agent representing the owners of the house.
Brokers may only advertise their own listings and not their agent's listings. Each agent must create their own user profile and submit their own listings directly.
The information input is accurate to the best of the listing agents’s knowledge.
The listing agent shall use good faith efforts to determine the accuracy of the information.
Agent shall not submit or input information which the listing agent knows to be inaccurate.
Agent must remove listing if listing agreement has expired or terminated.
Agent must provide a price and full legal address of property for each of their listings.
Privacy Policy
Our use of any personally identifying information you provide to us as part of the registration process is governed by the terms of our
Privacy Policy.
User Information
We will always protect users information and will not sell or distribute to third parties.
