After graduating from UCLA with a BA in English/ American Studies, and a minor in Communications and Film, she moved to New York City where she began a 17-year career in the music industry. She founded and ran Amp Marketing and Promotion, a very successful and reputable marketing company that specialized in radio promotion, where her company attained airplay for many major artists' music. From Broadway to Belmont In 2002, Anne Marie gave her regards to Broadway and moved back to Southern California to start a family, settling in Long Beach?s Belmont Heights area. With a new daughter and lifestyle, she chose to begin a new career as well. Helping people buy and sell homes has been the perfect fit, allowing her to be involved in and feel connected with her community, plus use her marketing abilities to match the right person with the right product, and to maximize exposure and thereby net gain on her clients' listings. Anne Marie has enjoyed the process of buying and selling her own homes, and wanted to share that enthusiasm with her clients. She gets great satisfaction out of helping, educating and empowering people to become homeowners and to build their equity. Awards and Designations Awards: Most recently, Anne Marie was bestowed the prestigious Rising Star award, which recognized the agent with the greatest gain in business from one year to the next. In addition, she was nominated by her peers for Realtor of the Year, in recognition of being an agent who, among other traits, displays superior sales and listing expertise, and who is an excellent communicator with a positive attitude, initiative and follow through. Personal Tidbits Besides music, Anne Marie is also passionate about natural living (in fact, she is currently in training to become a Bradley Method Natural Childbirth instructor), travel, laughing with friends, yoga, and of course her precious little girl, who is getting bigger and funnier everyday. She is also dabbling in a new hobby, scrapbooking - which, besides offering an excuse for a girls? night out, provides a welcomed creative outlet. She currently resides in Belmont Heights, where she and her daughter enjoy the many parks, Colorado Lagoon, local restaurants, and child-friendly beaches.
